The pitcher plant came in perfect condition and exactly as it was photographed as. They were considerate enough to delay shipping until weather conditions improved and only took a few days to reach me. Packaging consisted of covering the plant in a plastic bag with tab and packing it in cardboard paper and a heat pack. Lucky to have won this auction for such a great value for this plant.
